Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Bike
Carefully repack the bicycle in its original factory box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are securely protected to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
