Your bike will arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly guide in the box.
What is the range of a single battery charge?
Depending on the model and riding conditions, our high-capacity lithium batteries offer a range of 40 to 60 miles on a single charge when using pedal assist mode.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects to ensure you ride with total peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for non-quality related returns.
Are Burchda bikes waterproof?
